What the AI Stack Audit does
The AI Stack Audit takes five inputs — your role, primary task, monthly budget, what you already pay for, and your experience level — and runs them through a decision engine that detects overlap, measures capability coverage, and scores your stack from 0 to 100. It then shows you what to cancel, what's missing, and the exact recommended stack for your situation.
Every result includes a Stack Score (with color-coded ring), a Stack Identity name, a capability map across your primary workflow, an overlap/cancel alert with confirmed savings, gap detection for missing capability, per-tool reasoning, a 7-day setup plan, and a shareable URL that pre-fills the form for anyone who visits it.
How scoring works
Stacks start at 100 and lose points for:
- Overlap detected: −12 points per tool that duplicates a recommended tool's core function
- Coverage gap: −15 points if your primary task category has no dedicated tool
- Skill + efficiency bonus: up to +7 points for experience-matched and budget-efficient stacks
- A score of 85–100 = efficient. 65–84 = decent, minor fixes needed. Below 65 = real money being wasted.
